The platform has it own computerized editorial system that enables an organized management of all the publishing steps (keys, images, data base, etc.).
The "Interact Site Manager" e application provides this service for the control and management of all the publishing steps. This platform is responsible for the following operations:

- Updating sections or pages or even background images previously inserted
- Cancelling sections or pages or background images with contents
- Connecting to external sources
- Creating catalogues
- Creating journalistic sections

This whole set of operations enable the development of the entire editorial system to be activated.
The Site Manger is a centralised rich media web management based on standard Internet technologies. This service provides a Web interface accessible to the editorial staff of the site and operators authorised by the Sovraintendenza dei Beni Culturali of Rome. Without any particular technical knowledge, the editorial staff and the operators insert information into the different areas of the site according to their tasks. The site is then produced under the guise of a stage, that is: a preview of the site to be corrected before passing to the final publishing stage, towards the Web publishing system.
