060606 is the telephone number to call for information on the services provided by the City of Rome.
The service is available in English from Monday to Saturday, from 4pm to 7pm.
Telephone services
- It gives information about the hours for the public, the seats and activities of the offices and services;
- It forwards incoming telephone calls to all the numbers of the Comune, Municipi and companies of the Comune di Roma Group (Ama, Atac, Acea, etc.);
- It transfers incoming telephone calls to the second level telephone office to meet all the particular needs of all citizens;
- If the problem cannot immediately be solved, it calls the citizen back as soon as the answer is ready;
- It advises citizens and stays with them until their problem with the Comune is solved;
- It provides remote communication, whenever possible, using the available tools (fax, the internet, e-mail);
- It arranges appointments with the office.
