In via Giovanni Lanza 130, the manhole cover on the pavement is the entrance to an antique hypogeum.
This structure reveals the traces of many antique alterations and an overturned ionic capital, which may have been part of a small altar to an unknown divinity. These can still be seen at the site.
Several niches are placed in the walls of the place, probably to provide a place for oil lamps.
