The Museo di Roma in Trastevere is housed in the monastery of Sant’Egidio in the square of the same name.
The Museum has recently been restructured to make it easier to appreciate a modern museum - it includes exhibitions, performances and seminaries – and was opened again to the public under its new name Museo di Roma in Trastevere.
