The Municipal Administration has recently allocated the spaces of the former plant of the Birra Peroni to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome. The Centro Ricerca e Documentazione Arti Visive (the Gallery purchased from 1996) and the deposits where the works of the Collezione Contemporanea are kept, come under the responsibility of the Galleria Comunale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, lodged in these spaces. The permanent exhibition of works until the first decade of the 19th Century remain in the seat at Via F. Crispi.
